A demanding 18-hole championship course and a public 9-hole course (playable with Platzreife, no membership required), complemented by a large driving range area. 27 holes above the Wetterau in total.
Designed by the golf course design practice Christoph Städler and built by Erwin Sommerfeld. The greens follow a natural structure; every fairway is shaped so that surface water flows through hollows into storage basins.

A public 9-hole course: playable at any time with Platzreife and no membership required, ideal for an easy start or a relaxed round in between. Alongside it, a large practice area with a driving range offers both covered and open tee positions. The course covers 84 hectares in total, of which 65 hectares are pure playing area.

23 tee stations (17 open and 6 covered) across around 250 m, plus a tee area at the youth hut with a 37 m long mat: the practice area is part of the 84-hectare course and, thanks to floodlighting, usable into the evening. There's no range fee for using it — only the balls are charged: tokens are available at the golf shop (members 2.00 €, guests 3.50 € per 35 balls).
6 covered spots: practise sheltered from the weather, all year round.
17 open spots: full distance for long shots.
Chipping and putting greens, plus practice bunkers for the short game.

Südplatz or Nordplatz, Platzreife, course care and the driving range: the key answers around your game.
The Südplatz is our demanding 18-hole course with mature trees. The Nordplatz is a public 9-hole course, playable with Platzreife and no membership required, making it ideal for beginners and relaxed rounds.
Yes. You can play the public 9-hole Nordplatz without club membership. Platzreife is required; the Michael Wykrent Golfschule at Löwenhof supports your first steps there with its Platzreife course.
Our greenkeeping team maintains the course all year round. In frost or severe weather, there may be some restrictions. You can get the current course information from the golf office.
Yes. The driving range is there for hitting a few balls before your round and is already included in the Südkurs green fee.
Platzreife is required for the 18-hole Südplatz; at weekends, you'll also need proof of home club membership and a handicap of 45 or better. The public 9-hole Nordplatz also requires Platzreife, but can then be played at any time without a club or membership. You can get started via the Platzreife course at the golf school at Löwenhof.
In principle, yes. The Südplatz and Nordplatz combine well. Simply book suitable tee times via the PC CADDIE portal; the golf office is happy to help with planning.
