Golf, shaped by the landscape

Since 2002, Golfpark am Löwenhof has spread across the gentle hills of the Wetterau: a course that has grown with the land, not against it.

Our story

A course that grew with the land

Since 2002, Golfpark am Löwenhof has spread across the gentle hills of the Wetterau: a course that has grown with the land, not against it.

Designed by the renowned golf course design practice Christoph Städler and built by Erwin Sommerfeld, the course sits naturally within 84 hectares of hill country. From many of the fairways, the view stretches across Frankfurt and the whole Wetterau to the Vogelsberg.

The experience

Two courses, many ways to play

Golfpark am Löwenhof is deliberately designed so that a wide range of players find their place here: from your first tee shot to an ambitious tournament round.

If you want to play to or improve your handicap, the 18-hole Südplatz (south course) offers a varied championship course whose fairways sit naturally within the hilly landscape of the Wetterau. The public 9-hole Nordplatz (north course) is playable with Platzreife and no membership required — ideal for a quick round after work, or for anyone who wants to ease into the game after the Platzreife course.

Around both courses, a driving range and a generous practice area invite you to hit a few balls before your round or work on your game in a focused way. A visit can be shaped entirely around your mood and time: from a quick practice stop to a relaxed golf day with views across Frankfurt to the Vogelsberg.

Because the course is playable all year round, the experience changes with the seasons: fresh green in spring, long summer evenings on the fairway, and clear, peaceful rounds in autumn. Tee times can be conveniently booked via the PC CADDIE portal. Members, green fee guests and taster players are equally welcome.

Whether as a member with your own playing rights, a guest passing through, or a family discovering the sport together: at Löwenhof, what counts is not just the result on the scorecard, but time spent in the fresh air, in motion and in good company.
